Works closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to develop menus, packages, and pricing that align with guest expectations and profit goals. Oversees event detailing to ensure accuracy and completeness of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and operational alignment. Ensures exceptional service delivery through active involvement before, during, and after events.   Reporting & Forecasting

Produces accurate weekly and monthly catering forecasts, including revenue and booking pace. Maintains organized and up-to-date records within CRM and event management systems. Provides insights to leadership on booking trends, need periods, and revenue opportunities. Tracks performance metrics including conversion rates, average check, and client retention.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
