Account Manager Service (m/w/d)

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

  • Sie verantworten den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Wartungsgeschäft durch proaktive Kundenbesuche.
  • Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Vertragswesen, insbesondere auf der Betreuung, Verlängerung, Anpassung und dem Ausbau von Wartungsverträgen.
  • Dafür verstehen und erfüllen Sie die Bedürfnisse sowie Erwartungen unserer Kunden, um deren Zufriedenheit zu erhalten und weiter zu steigern
  • Sie erarbeiten kundenspezifische Konzepte und erstellen Wartungsangebote
  • Weiterhin tragen Sie aktiv zur Steigerung unseres Umsatzes bei, indem Sie neue Wartungsverträge abschließen, bestehende verlängern und Kündigungen vermeiden
  • Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team (bspw. Meister, regionaler Verkaufsleiter und Modernisierungsspezialist)

VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR IHREN ERFOLG

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder einem vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Erfahrung mit Bestandskunden im B2B-Bereich sammeln Ihre Kunden schätzen Sie als zuverlässigen Ansprechpartner mit hohem Engagement
  • Sie besitzen den Führerschein B und sind gerne mit dem Auto unterwegs
  • Sie überzeugen kommunikativ mit verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen
