Otis Elevator is seeking a Coordinator, Maintenance Billing Superuser to join the Finance team. We are seeking a computer savvy individual with intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft applications and high critical thinking and analytical skills. Must be able to interpret customer contract language, analyze system revenue and billing performance, account reconciliations and updates of standard processes. Must possess ability to pivot within multiple financial systems and communicate expected business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as the primary SME for Maintenance Billing processes, systems, and customer billing requirements.

· Investigate and resolve complex billing, contract, and system-related issues.

· Partner with Sales, Finance, Contract Administration, AR, Operations, and DT to support business objectives and issue resolution.

· Prioritize and manage billing exceptions, system defects, and operational escalations.

· Perform account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.

· Provide advanced user support, training, and process guidance.

· Support system enhancements through testing, validation, and implementation activities.

· Analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, controls, and customer experience.

· Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work, and training materials.

· Support reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

· HS Diploma or AA/AS degree

· B.S/B.A, majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

· Demonstrated analytical and reconciliation skills

· Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities

· Accurate and detail oriented

· Demonstrated excellence in communication skills: verbal, email and listening

· Must enjoy working in a team environment and possess a solid work ethic

· Experience with JD Edwards, Microsoft applications preferred

Remote and/or hybrid

The standard work hours for this position are 8AM - 5PM.
