En este rol serás responsable de promover y garantizar condiciones seguras de trabajo en campo, asegurando el cumplimiento de las medidas de prevención, procedimientos de seguridad y uso adecuado de equipos durante las diferentes etapas del proyecto.

Qué harás en el día a día:

  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos en obra, relacionados con condiciones del terreno, trabajos en altura, electricidad, maquinaria pesada, materiales peligrosos e izaje de cargas.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a los planes de seguridad, incluyendo medidas de prevención de accidentes, uso adecuado de Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP), procedimientos de emergencia y evacuación.
  • Capacitar y sensibilizar al personal sobre prácticas seguras de trabajo, uso correcto de EPP, manejo de herramientas y materiales, y actuación ante incidentes.
  • Realizar supervisión constante en campo, verificando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, el estado adecuado de herramientas y equipos, así como la correcta señalización y delimitación de áreas de riesgo.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad aplicables durante la ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Gestionar la documentación de seguridad, incluyendo reportes de incidentes y accidentes, bitácoras de inspección, registros de capacitación y evaluaciones periódicas de riesgos.

¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

  • Ingeniería concluida, preferentemente.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en trabajos de construcción y/o supervisión de seguridad en obra.
  • Experiencia previa en Otis, preferentemente.
  • Cursos vigentes de seguridad.
  • DC-3 con antigüedad no mayor a 2 años.
