Wir wachsen und mit uns die Zahl der Menschen, die einen sinnvollen Weg in die Pflege- und Betreuungsbranche suchen. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Du begleitest Interessenten auf ihrem Weg in einen Beruf, der wirklich gebraucht wird.

Wir suchen jemanden, der mit echtem Interesse berät, Leads souverän zum Abschluss bringt und unseren Vertrieb auf das nächste Level hebt.

  • Beratungsgespräche mit Privatpersonen, die sich beruflich im pädagogischen Bereich neu- oder umorientieren möchten, von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Abschluss
  • Kaltakquise bei neuen Trägern, Schulen und weiteren Bildungsträgern
  • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Träger-Partnerschaften
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verhandlung von Verträgen, bis hin zu Gruppen- und Volumenlösungen
  • Mitgestaltung von Vertriebsprozessen und -strukturen, die es in der Online Pädagogik Akademie in dieser Form noch nicht gibt

Das macht dich aus

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise sowohl in der telefonischen Beratung von Privatkund:innen als auch im B2B-Geschäft
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Trägern, Schulen oder Behörden
  • Erfahrung im pädagogischen oder sozialen Bereich von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf beiden Ebenen: einfühlsam im Beratungsgespräch mit Privatpersonen, verhandlungssicher auf Entscheider-Ebene bei institutionellen Partnern
  • Lust, in einer neuen Akademie Strukturen aufzubauen statt bestehende zu verwalten
