Ideaal iemand die elk jaar in dezelfde periode wil terugkeren en in de winter even andere plannen heeft.

Geen klassieke 9-to-5, wel horeca zoals het hoort: druk, luid, gezellig en met een jong team dat vooruit wil.

Jouw missie

  • Jij zorgt dat de zaal en het terras strak staat vóór de eerste gast binnenwandelt
  • Mise-en-place, flow, sfeer en timing? Jij ziet meteen of het klopt
  • Je houdt het overzicht over reservaties en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je werkt side-by-side met de manager en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Studenten en flexi’s? Jij weet als geen ander het team mee te krijgen en motiveren met je kennis en enthousiasme
  • Iedereen weet exact wat z’n rol is vóór de service losbarst
  • Tijdens de service ben jij het anker op de vloer
  • Gastvrijheid zit in je DNA
  • Volle tafels, hoog tempo en goeie vibes geven jou energie
