Job description

The Team Lead - ENT is responsible for managing a team of Partner Success Managers and Business Development Managers. You will be responsible for the GMV generated by their portfolio of fashion brands live on Otrium across Europe, more specifically the Southern part of Europe.

You'll work closely with sales operations, supply, marketing, and the broader org, to support processes that scale and improve our business and relationship with brand partners.

This is an initial 6 months interim role as a maternity cover.

  • 8+ years of work experience of which 2+ years experience in a commercial environment and 2+ years experience in team management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and consistently exceeding KPIs in international environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing commercial teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of an organisation
  • Ability to define and articulate a clear vision that balances brand partner needs with Otrium’s commercial objectives
  • Ability to balance short-term commercial delivery with long-term strategic value creation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence and excite senior brand partners
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of ~5 PSMs and BDMs, keeping them engaged and focused
  • Own the commercial performance (GMV, profitability, brand income) of the Enterprise South region
  • Create tailored visions for each brand store, leveraging the full Otrium toolkit
  • Play a pivotal role in brand meetings to create alignment and the right ingredients for commercial success
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable growth plans for your team & brands
  • Work with other departments to ensure we develop the right product for our brand partners
  • Share best practices across the team and the wider organisation to continuously raise the bar
