Stellenbeschreibung

  • Bedienung unserer Gießanlagen: Schmelzöfen, vertikale und horizontale Stranggussanlagen
  • Beschickung der Induktionsöfen mit Rohmaterial
  • Einstellung der Schmelze nach Legierungsvorgabe
  • Gießen nach Gießanweisung
  • Kontrolle des Abgusses und Beurteilung der Gussqualität
  • Vorbereitung der Gießstangen für die Weiterverarbeitung in der Produktionskette (Kennzeichnung mit Etiketten etc.)
  • Reinigungsarbeiten an den Gießanlagen

Qualifikationen

  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gießereimechaniker (m/w/d), motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Erfahrungen in einem Schwerindustrieunternehmen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung
  • Sie sind körperlich belastbar und bereit im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten (Früh-/Spät-/Nachtschicht)
  • Sie erfüllen Ihre Aufgaben gewissenhaft und haben ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer und arbeiten gerne mit anderen zusammen
  • Sie sind absolut zuverlässig und pünktlich
