In unserer Abteilung Risk Management and Actuary verbinden wir Expertise mit strategischem Denken: Hier sind alle aktuariellen Tätigkeiten sowie das qualitative und quantitative Risikomanagement gebündelt. Entscheidend für den Erfolg ist dabei auch die für uns typische enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Fachbereichen. Um ottonova als private Krankenversicherung immer weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir dich als Innovationstreiber. Hinterfrage, denke mit uns gemeinsam weiter und gestalte mit uns ein modernes Risk Management. Werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns als (Senior) Aktuar (m/w/d) – in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche) – an unseren Standorten München oder Köln (jeweils mit Homeofficeanteil) oder auch remote.

DEIN WIRKUNGSBEREICH

Mit deinem Schwerpunkt Solvency II trägst du entscheidend dazu bei, unsere qualitativen und quantitativen Meldungen für die Krankenversicherung und die ottonova-Gruppe zu erstellen. In dieser zentralen Funktion warten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben auf dich:

  • Berechnungen Solvency II: Von der Bestandsauswertung bis zur Befüllung der QRTs arbeitest du an allen notwendigen Berechnungen mit. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf den Berechnungen der ottonova-Gruppe.
  • Berichte Solvency II: Du arbeitest am SFCR, RSR und ORSA-Bericht mit.
  • Risikoreporting: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Risikoberichte und bei der Durchführung der Risikoinventur.
  • Aktuarielle Vielfalt: Du unterstützt dein Team bei weiteren Themen des qualitativen und quantitativen Risikomanagements und bringst deine Expertise ein
  • Prozessgestaltung: Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse und Abläufe aktiv voran

DEIN PROFIL

Die Grundlage deines Profils bildet ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-/Versicherungs-) Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Idealerweise hast du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Aktuar/Aktuarin DAV oder bist auf dem Weg dorthin
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen aus dem Versicherungsumfeld mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse zu Solvency II einer privaten Krankenversicherung oder einer Versicherungsgruppe
  • Neue Aufgaben gehst du strukturiert an und findest pragmatische Lösungen. Du hast Spaß an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Darüber hinaus sind gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
