📍 Lieu : Secteur Metz et alentours

📄 Contrat : CDI mandataire – Temps partiel / temps plein

⏱️ Nombre d’heures à pourvoir : entre 5 h et 35 h par semaine, selon vos disponibilités et vos besoins

💰 Salaire : À partir de 13€50 brut/h +10% CP + avantages

✅ Les conditions que nous vous offrons :

  • 13€50 brut/h hors congés payés (soit 14€85 € brut/h congés payés inclus), évolutif selon expérience
  • Majoration attractive : nuits, dimanches, jours fériés et dans le cadre de missions de remplacement
  • Indemnités kilométriques (1 € à 2,50 € par intervention) prises en charge
  • Salaire à la demande : possibilité de réaliser des acomptes jusqu’à 50 % en cours de mois
  • Primes de cooptation (d’un montant de 200 €)
  • Partenariat avec AXA (tarifs préférentiels mutuelle santé)
  • Programme de formation continue pour faire évoluer votre carrière
  • Possibilité d’intégrer une formation rémunérée si vous avez 18 mois d’expérience

👤 Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé·e du secteur médico-social (DEAES, ADVF, SAPAT, ASSP…) OU vous avez 3 ans d’expérience auprès de personnes âgées
  • Vous avez au moins 18 mois d’expérience ? → Nous vous proposons une formation interne rémunérée dès votre arrivée
  • Poste ouvert à tous, handi-accueillant, PERMIS B NECESSAIRE (Non accessible en transport en commun)
