Au sein du Groupe Ouihelp, ONELA est expert de l'aide à domicile depuis 2006 auprès des personnes âgées et des personnes en situation de handicap ou en convalescence. Avec plus de 3500 intervenant(e)s et 66 agences en France, nous sommes fiers d'œuvrer chaque jour au bien-être de nos 12000 clients. Au coeur de notre équipe Qualité, basée au siège à Montrouge (92) ou à Lyon, rattaché(e) à la Responsable qualité et au sein de la Direction Autonomie, vous assurerez les missions du service autour des deux axes suivants :

Gérer les relations institutionnelles :

- Assurer le suivi des autorisations, agréments et déclarations, pour procéder à leur mise à jour et/ou renouvellement et mettre à jour la base nova

- Préparer, avec les agences, les visites de conformité et les accompagner dans la levée des remarques - Tenir à jour les bases de données : FINESS, ROR

- Négocier, suivre la mise en œuvre et coordonner les bilans des CPOM « dotation qualité »

- Suivre les échéances, coordonner la réalisation des évaluations obligatoires HAS tous les 5 ans et transmettre les rapports aux Conseils départementaux

- Répondre aux appels à projets et appels à manifestation d’intérêt

- Elaborer les dossiers de demande de conventionnements avec les organismes financeurs (caisses de retraite, mutuelle, etc.) et en assurer le suivi et la synthèse à destination des agences

- Elaborer les rapports d’activité (CD, CARSAT…) et centraliser les informations des différents services supports

- Centraliser les informations en lien avec les différents services supports et saisir en ligne les tableaux de bord de la performance SAD (ATIH)

- Répondre aux contrôles de la DDPP

Mettre en œuvre la démarche qualité :

- Garantir la conformité avec le cadre réglementaire, et notamment le cahier des charges des services d'autonomie à domicile et mettre à jour en conséquence la documentation client (projets de service, supports clients etc.)

- Suivre les évaluations obligatoires HAS tous les 5 ans, et accompagner les agences dans leur démarche d’autoévaluation

- Gérer, en accompagnement des agences, l’insatisfaction client et les situations sensibles

- Rédiger et assurer la mise en œuvre de procédures qualité

- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre des indicateurs de suivi qualité

- Accompagner les agences dans leur démarche client

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes idéalement issu(e) d’une formation juridique avec une forte expertise dans le domaine médico-social ou sanitaire (droit, gestion, qualité…)
  • 5 ans d’expériences minimum dans le secteur de l’aide à domicile sur des fonctions similaires

Compétences requises :

  • Connaissance du cadre réglementaire des services autonomie à domicile
  • Capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse
  • Capacités d’analyse de textes réglementaires
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
  • Esprit d'initiative et rigueur méthodologique
  • Autonome, adaptable, rigoureux
  • Forte capacité de travail et de respect des délais imposés (vis à vis des autorités de tutelle par exemple)
  • Sens de l’organisation, priorisation Implication et engagement pour la mission du Groupe Ouihelp, qui est d’améliorer le quotidien de 2 millions de Français en perte d’autonomie

Des déplacements ponctuels en France entière, en particulier à l’occasion des audits internes et des évaluations HAS sont à prévoir, il faut donc être bien mobile facilement en TGV/Train.
