Ouihelp recrute un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de secteur pour renforcer ses équipes opérationnelles au Mans !

🎯 Tes missions principales

  • Coordonner les plannings et contrats d’une équipe d'une quarantaine d'auxiliaires de vie sur ton périmètre de référence
  • Gérer les remplacements en cas d’absences ou de congés, et anticiper les besoins
  • Veiller à la bonne réalisation des interventions et à la qualité du service rendu
  • Assurer un suivi régulier de la satisfaction des auxiliaires de vie et de leurs bénéficiaires
  • Garantir la conformité des données en renseignant avec rigueur les informations dans nos outils internes (remplacements, télégestion, etc.)
  • Recrutement des auxiliaires de vie et animation de ton réseau de partenaires emploi

👤 Profil recherché

Compétences :

  • Bac + 2 minimum, de préférence dans les secteurs du sanitaire ou du médico-social
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à s’adapter à différents interlocuteurs (AVS, familles…)
  • Aisance informatique et maîtrise des logiciels de planification
  • Polyvalence, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
  • Capacité à apprendre sur de nouveaux logiciels
  • Sens du service et implication
