The posting

Ouihelp recrute un(e) Responsable d’agence/développement pour accompagner ses équipes opérationnelles à Lagny-sur-Marne !

Ton enjeu ? Développer l’activité de ton agence, superviser l’exploitation de ta zone géographique et animer ton équipe (responsable de secteur, coordinateur de secteur) tout en respectant la qualité du service Ouihelp.

Expérience, qualités managériales et relationnelles, ambition et autonomie sont indispensables pour occuper ce poste d’encadrement dont le rôle principal est de coordonner le travail entre les bénéficiaires (personnes âgées ou personnes en situation de handicap), leur aidants familiaux et les intervenants à domicile (auxiliaires de vie sociales).

Principales missions:

1.Développement

  • Piloter le budget mensuel, trimestriel et annuel sur ta zone
  • Construire un plan de prospection et l'exécuter sur le terrain
  • Être moteur et piloter le réseau de prescripteurs (remontée de filière, coordination de soins ... )
  • Travailler sur des projets avec des partenaires et avec les autres services de Ouihelp afin d'accroître la visibilité de Ouihelp

2.Exploitation

  • Prendre en charge les demandes d'aide à domicile sur ton territoire
  • Suivre la gestion des planning d'intervention des auxiliaires
  • Superviser les prestations
  • S’assurer de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction de tes bénéficiaires
  • Assurer un suivi des règlements

3.Ressources humaines

  • Manager , encadrer et organiser le travail des responsables de secteur et coordinateurs
  • Accompagner tes équipes dans leur montée en compétences,
  • Assurer la gestion de tes équipes (recrutement, gestion des absences, fidélisation des collaborateurs).

Profil recherché

  • 3 ans minimum d’expérience dans les services à la personne et auprès des auxiliaires, des bénéficiaires et des institutions locales (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
  • Capacité à entraîner, fédérer et motiver son équipe pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Forte capacité de travail et d’implication
  • Sens de l’organisation, priorisation
  • Capacité à prendre de la hauteur
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux car nous en utilisons beaucoup !
  • Passion pour la mission de Ouihelp d’améliorer le quotidien de 2 millions de Français en perte d’autonomie
