🎯 Quelles seront vos missions au quotidien ?

Management et pilotage d’activité

  • Encadrement de deux responsables de secteur et accompagnement de leur montée en compétences
  • Pilotage de l’activité de l’agence (croissance, CA, panier moyen, satisfaction client…)
  • Proposer des plans d’action afin d’atteindre ces objectifs

Développement

  • Nouer et entretenir des relations pérennes avec les professionnels de santé et du médico-social du territoire

👤 Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme de niveau 5 minimum dans le secteur du médico-social (DE, BTS, Licence…)
  • OU au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire (responsable de secteur ou responsable d’agence)
  • Ecoute et sens du service client
  • Savoir prioriser dans un environnement dynamique
  • Capacité et plaisir à travailler en équipe
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux
  • Passion pour la mission de Joya d’améliorer le quotidien de 2 millions de Français.es en perte d’autonomie
  • Permis B
