Ouihelp renforce ses équipes opérationnelles et recherche un(e) Responsable de secteur expérimenté(e) pour ouvrir une nouvelle agence sur la ville de MONTELIMAR !

Ton rôle sera d’évaluer les besoins et le suivi des interventions au domicile de nos bénéficiaires en perte d’autonomie, ainsi que d’assurer leur coordination de soin en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires prescripteurs sur le secteur de Montélimar.

🎯 Tes missions principales

Opérations et visites à domicile

  • Evaluation des besoins au domicile des bénéficiaires et élaboration du plan d’accompagnement personnalisé
  • Recruter et proposer des auxiliaires adapté(e)s aux situations et aux besoins des bénéficiaires en collaboration avec la coordinatrice de secteur et présentation des intervenant(e)s à domicile
  • Gestion des plannings, remplacements et pilotage de l'activité
  • Visites qualité régulières : Superviser les prestations et t’assurer ainsi de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction de tes bénéficiaires et de leur entourage.

Développement commercial

  • Développer et prospecter un réseau de partenaires prescripteurs
  • Nouer et entretenir des relations pérennes avec les professionnels de santé et du médico-social du territoire dans le cadre de la coordination de soins
  • Assurer un reporting précis des actions auprès de ta responsable d'agence

👤 Profil recherché

  • Bac +2 minimum dans les secteurs sanitaire ou médico-social
  • Première expérience professionnelle réussie dans le secteur avec une forte appétence pour le développement commercial, un fort esprit de conquête et à l'aise dans la polyvalence des missions
  • Très bonne culture du secteur et des enjeux de la santé privé et/ou publique
  • Avoir un réseau actif de prescripteurs sur le secteur recherché
  • Forte capacité de travail et d’implication
  • Sens de l’organisation, priorisation
  • Passion pour la mission de Ouihelp d’améliorer le quotidien de 2 millions de Français en perte d’autonomie
