Was erwartet Dich?

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für die Augenoptik und Hörakustik in deinem Betrieb
  • Wertschätzende Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams auf Augenhöhe
  • Persönliche und individuelle Beratung unserer Kundschaft rund um gutes Sehen und Hören
  • Fachliche Begleitung von Seh- und Hörversorgungen, von der ersten Beratung bis zur Nachsorge
  • Verbindung von handwerklicher Präzision, moderner Technik und fachlicher Expertise in beiden Bereichen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Beratung, Sortiment und internen Abläufen
  • Unternehmerisches Arbeiten mit Blick auf Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit und die erfolgreiche Entwicklung des Betriebs
  • Raum für eigene Ideen und die Möglichkeit, deinen Betrieb nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln

Wir schätzen Dein Know-how!

  • Abgeschlossene Meisterqualifikationen in der Augenoptik UND Hörakustik
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in beiden Bereichen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Betriebsleitung zu gehen
  • Freude an persönlicher Beratung und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Ein gutes Gespür für die individuellen Seh- und Hörbedürfnisse unserer Kundschaft
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
