Dabei wirst du von einem erfahrenen Team begleitet und kannst dich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln. Was erwartet Dich?

  • Dein Einstieg in die Augenoptik als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d), auch ohne Vorerfahrung
  • Eine umfassende und persönliche Einarbeitung durch unser erfahrenes Team
  • Praxisnahe Einblicke in die Bereiche Brillenauswahl, Glasberatung, Anpassung und gutes Sehen
  • Persönliche und individuelle Beratung unserer Kundschaft
  • Unterstützung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden bei der Auswahl von Brillen, die zu ihrem Stil und ihren Bedürfnissen passen
  • Von Anfang an eine aktive Einbindung in unseren Arbeitsalltag und unser Team
  • Eine fundierte Weiterentwicklung zum Fachberater in der Augenoptik
  • Langfristige Möglichkeiten, dein Wissen auszubauen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
