BIM Architectural Modeller — Full Time

Job Description What is stopping you from applying today? We are hiring a qualified candidate for the position of BIM Architectural Modeller.

Key Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software. • Prepare detailed architectural models based on approved design drawings, specifications and project requirements. • Develop architectural floor plans elevations, sections, details and other BIM-related drawings from the model. • Coordinate architectural models with Civil & Structural, M&E and other specialist models. • Perform BIM coordination and clash detection to identify conflicts between architectural and other disciplines. • Assist the BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager in resolving design and modelling issues. • Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings and technical information to ensure accurate BIM modelling. • Minimum 3 year(s) of relevant experience (Professional).
