Job Description Could you be the experienced BIM COORDINATOR we are looking for?

Key Duties & Responsibilities • You will join projects at kick-off, initially supporting the Senior BIM Coordinator / Project BIM Manager through setup and mobilisation, and... • This is a role for someone ready to grow into project leadership across our MOHH, HDB, and GPE portfolio. • Support the Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager during project mobilisation — BEP setup, CDE configuration, and rollout of templates and standards. • Progress to lead the project's day-to-day BIM coordination after kick-off. • Run discipline coordination (AR / CS / MEP), clash detection and resolution, and model QA against project standards. • Maintain the CDE, model version control, and issue tracking. • Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant experience (Executive).
