Location: Central Region Job Type: Full Time Salary: $3800 to $4500 Monthly Category: Building and Construction

• Earn a monthly salary ranging from 3800 to 4500 for this full-time position. • Develop and maintain detailed mechanical and electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit software. • Perform technical clash detection and coordination between various building services using Navisworks. • Generate accurate shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built records for active projects. • Analyze technical engineering drawings and service specifications to ensure project standards compliance. • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and site implementation issues effectively. • Hold a diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering. • Possess professional BIM certifications and relevant experience in the construction modeling industry.
