Job Description

The DTICI_SAP_INTERN will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of SAP environments. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PO, BTP, and other SAP components. A key focus will be on Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling, where the intern will configure, manage, and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable job execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and other components.
  • Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling environments.
  • Ensure efficient and reliable job execution in SAP environments.
  • Maintain up-to-date system architecture and configurations.
  • Document operational procedures and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP and Redwood environments.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation for all tasks and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP and Redwood technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Familiarity with SAP landscapes and components is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
