About Outdoor Norway

Outdoor Norway is a premium adventure travel company based in Voss, in the heart of Fjord Norway. We design and operate memorable outdoor experiences while expanding a carefully selected network of high-quality tourism products and partners throughout Norway.

Role Purpose

The B2B Partnerships & Supplier Account Executive will expand and manage Outdoor Norway’s commercial partner network.

During the first two to three months, the primary focus will be identifying, negotiating with, contracting and onboarding suppliers whose activities can be resold through Outdoor Norway.

The role will progressively expand to managing resellers, travel agents, travel designers, affiliates and online travel agencies. This is a relationship-development and commercial-negotiation role. It is separate from direct consumer sales and detailed itinerary creation.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Acquisition

  • Research and identify suitable tourism suppliers throughout Norway.
  • Prioritize products that strengthen Outdoor Norway’s portfolio, including northern Norway, northern lights experiences, wildlife activities and complementary adventures.
  • Contact suppliers and establish professional commercial relationships.
  • Evaluate product quality, safety, availability, booking processes and strategic fit.
  • Maintain a structured supplier pipeline with clear stages, next actions and deadlines.

Commercial Negotiation

  • Negotiate commission, net rates, payment terms, cancellation conditions, availability and booking procedures.
  • Work toward commercially sustainable margins and improved commission levels where possible.
  • Review agreements and identify commercial risks before escalation.
  • Present negotiation issues with facts, recommendations and two or three workable options.

Bilberry and Product Implementation

  • Collect all information required to create suppliers and products in Bilberry.
  • Configure or coordinate supplier details, product information, booking connections, availability, resources and calendars.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure information is complete before launch.
  • Coordinate the addition or update of relevant products on the Outdoor Norway website.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and booking-system records.

Reseller and Affiliate Development

  • Build relationships with tour operators, travel agents, travel designers, affiliates and online travel agencies.
  • Prospect for new B2B accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Help create partner promotions, incentives, product updates and monthly newsletters.
  • Ensure partners understand Outdoor Norway’s products and booking procedures.
  • Transfer itinerary and group-booking inquiries to the appropriate Sales Specialist.

Account Management

  • Maintain regular contact with suppliers and resellers.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction, production, commercial performance and unresolved issues.
  • Coordinate solutions across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.
  • Protect Outdoor Norway’s reputation through responsive and professional communication.

Performance Measures

  • Number of qualified suppliers added to the active pipeline.
  • Supplier meetings and commercial negotiations completed.
  • New agreements secured and improvement in commercial margins.
  • Speed and completeness of supplier onboarding.
  • Accuracy of Bilberry and CRM information.
  • Number of new products successfully made bookable.
  • Growth and engagement of reseller and affiliate accounts.
  • Partner response time and satisfaction.
  • Quality of cross-departmental handovers.
  • Revenue and margin contribution from activated partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Experience in partnerships, account management, supplier management, business development or B2B sales.
  • Confident commercial-negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage several partnerships and implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM, booking or account-management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tourism, travel, hospitality or online marketplaces.
  • Experience working with suppliers, travel agents, tour operators or OTAs.
  • Familiarity with commission structures, net rates, contracts and booking integrations.
  • HubSpot or Bilberry experience.

Personal Attributes

  • Commercially minded and relationship-focused.
  • Proactive, organized and accountable.
  • Confident negotiating while protecting long-term partnerships.
  • Comfortable coordinating across departments.
  • Able to present problems with facts, options and a recommended solution.

Why Join Outdoor Norway?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven adventure company
  • Work with meaningful products that inspire people
  • Grow into Sales, Account Management, or Revenue roles
  • Collaborate with an international, passionate team
  • Opportunity work remotely

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
