Als Sales Manager (m/w/d) wirst du Teil des Vertriebsteams von Outdooractive Italia mit Sitz in Bozen – alternativ hast du die Möglichkeit, remote zu arbeiten. Unser Team ist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden aus den Bereichen Tourismus, Outdoor und Medien. Gemeinsam mit ihnen entwickeln wir passgenaue Lösungen, die unsere Marketingprodukte- und Services optimal nutzbar machen und sie zu echten Erfolgsfaktoren weiterentwickeln.

Dein neuer Job

  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen: Identifikation von Bedürfnissen und passgenaue Angebotserstellung
  • Entwicklung und eigenständige Umsetzung neuer Verkaufsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Akquise und Betreuung von neuen SaaS-Kunden im Tourismussektor in Italien
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Identifikation von Trends und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting, Forecasts und Analyse von Aktivitäten, Erfolgen und Zielerreichung

Wie du uns von dir überzeugen kannst

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Business Development kombiniert mit analytischem Denken und Blick fürs Detail
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von SaaS-Lösungen oder -Services von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen und digitalen Strategien
  • Idealerweise ein bestehendes Netzwerk in Tourismus, Medien und/oder Agenturen
  • Leidenschaft für Outdoorsport und innovative Technologien
  • Reisebereitschaft, hohe Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
