We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoys collaborating with contractors and internal teams, and takes pride in ensuring projects move seamlessly from award through installation and closeout.

If you're the type of person who naturally keeps details organized, builds strong relationships, and stays one step ahead of project challenges, we want to talk with you.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Credit, Legal, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify schedule risks or roadblocks.
  • Maintain accurate project files, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate project closeout packages, warranties, manuals, and final documentation.
  • Help customers understand production schedules, lead times, and installation milestones.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle of every project.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction support, customer service, or a related field.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and take-offs.
  • Experience working with architects, contractors, project managers, or building product manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and project documentation practices.
  • PMP certification or project management coursework.
  • Experience in building products, architectural products, doors, access solutions, or manufacturing environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
