  • Select electronic components, develop schematics, perform circuit analysis, and lead prototype development for validation and testing.
  • Guide PCB layout activities and design reviews to ensure manufacturability, testability, and signal integrity requirements are met.
  • Design, optimize, and validate RF circuits, including receiver sensitivity, antenna performance, and wireless range.
  • Lead hands-on prototype bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and system verification.
  • Ensure compliance with EMC, FCC, UL, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, firmware, software, manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, and test, to deliver quality technical solutions.
  • Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Support manufacturing, supplier engagement, and production issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects.
  • Drive technical risk assessment and support successful product launches.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
