AgentSee, our agentic AI platform, works alongside travel agents. It reads traveler requests, handles bookings and changes, and takes on routine servicing tasks, so agents can manage more trips while improving service quality.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend months learning the ropes. By week two, you’ll already be sourcing, interviewing, and making an impact.

You’ll have real ownership, work directly with hiring managers across the globe, and help us rethink how recruiting gets done, especially with AI.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success),and other business functions.
  • Find exceptional talent through creative, proactive sourcing. You don’t just wait for applications.
  • Partner with hiring managers across the US, Europe, and beyond.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while keeping hiring processes moving fast.
  • Experiment with AI, automation, and new tools to make recruiting smarter, faster, and more effective.
  • Help shape and continuously improve how we attract and hire talent globally.

You will thrive here if you:

  • Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech startup or SaaS company.
  • Have hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, especially GTM roles.
  • Speak excellent English and genuinely enjoy working with international teams across cultures and time zones.
  • Think AI-first. AI isn’t something you’re just curious about. It’s already part of how you work, and you’re constantly finding new ways to use it.
  • Love sourcing, know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, and enjoy finding talent others might miss.
  • Are proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Take ownership, move fast, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done.
