Ihre hochspezialisierten Vertriebsorganisationen erbringen kundenspezifische Lösungen für die verschiedenen Stufen des Handels und betreuen über mehrere Onlineshops und eigene Filialen Firmen\- wie auch Privatkunden. An mehreren Büro\- und Lagerstandorten in den Kantonen Bern, Aargau und Zürich beschäftigt sie rund 400 Mitarbeitende und ist Teil der in der DACH Region tätigen, österreichischen MTH Retail Group.

Als Category Manager\*in für unseren B2B\-Kanal verantwortest du die Lieferantenkonditionen im Ausschreibungs\- und Vertragsgeschäft. Du verhandelst mit unseren Lieferanten die Konditionen für die wichtigen Ausschreibung und gestaltest die Preise für unsere Vertragskunden mit. Du bist Teil des Category Managements und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb iba, dem Controlling und unseren Category Managern zusammen. So machst du die iba im Ausschreibungsgeschäft schneller und wettbewerbsfähiger.

Deshalb suchen wir Dich: Deine Aufgaben

  • Verhandlung und Koordination der Lieferantenseite im Ausschreibungsgeschäft
  • Bündelung von Erkenntnissen, Standardisierung von Anfragen und Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Entwicklung kundenorientierter Sortiments\- und Preisstrategien für Ausschreibungskunden
  • Mitgestaltung von Rabatt\-, Staffel\- und Preismodellen
  • Analyse und Sicherstellung der Kundenprofitabilität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Category Management, Controlling und IT

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Einkauf, B2B\- oder Category Management
  • Verhandlungserfahrung mit Lieferanten und in Ausschreibungen
  • in Pricing, Konditionen und Margensteuerung
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse, BI\-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, ösisch von Vorteil
  • Analytisch, selbständig und kommunikationsstark
