Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der zentral eingesetzten Applikationslandschaft mit Fokus auf ERP, EDI und eCommerce
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zuverlässigen Systembetriebs inklusive Wartung, Releases und Updates
  • Analyse von Anforderungen und Problemstellungen sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungen
  • Mitarbeit in IT\-Projekten im ERP, EDI und eCommerce\-Umfeld
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, externen Partnern und Softwareanbietern
  • Umsetzung und Betreuung von Changes, Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen im ERP\-, EDI\- und eCommerce\-Umfeld
  • Second\-Level\-Support für die betreuten Applikationen sowie Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung, inklusive Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Erstellung von User Guides und Testfällen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik sowie Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, Application Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL/PLSQL und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Oracle APEX (HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery)
  • Kenntnisse im EDI\-Umfeld und in Integrations\- bzw. Schnittstellenthemen
  • Generelle Kenntnisse im Umfeld von modernen und komplexen Systemarchitekturen und \-sprachen (inkl. Docker, , RabbitMQ)
  • Erfahrung im Requirements\-Engineering basierend auf betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesskenntnissen in einem Handels\- und Logistikbetrieb
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, externen Partnern und IT\-Teams
  • Bereitschaft, sich laufend weiterzuentwickeln
