The posting

Join our team and experience how we lead with passion, positivity, and accountability to deliver the Right Talent. Right Now. We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.

What We’re Looking For

Oxford’s early talent strategy starts with the relationships we build long before someone joins us. As Campus Recruiter, you will be the face of Oxford to universities, career centers, and student groups, and the person who makes sure early career candidates have a positive, engaging experience from their first conversation through their first steps at Oxford.

Part of our internal Talent Acquisition team and reporting to the Director of Corporate Recruiting, you will support campus relationships in the Northeast Market and early talent hiring for roles ranging from interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives. You will also partner closely with our Learning & Development team to carry the experience beyond the offer, supporting the internship and early career programs that help new talent launch successful careers at Oxford. This is an individual contributor role with a direct hand in how Oxford identifies, attracts, and develops its next generation of top performers.

People who thrive here are natural relationship builders, equally comfortable at a career fair, in an interview, or in a program debrief. They care about early career growth, keep many moving pieces organized, and work well both independently and as part of a team. If you have campus recruiting experience and want to follow early talent from first outreach through conversion to a full-time career, this role is built for you.

Beverly, MA | Onsite | Exempt | Reports to the Director of Corporate Recruiting

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Oxford’s relationships with target schools, career centers, and student groups, building the partnerships that keep a strong pipeline of early career talent coming our way.
  • Represent Oxford on campus and at career fairs, networking nights, information sessions, and interview days, making every interaction a strong first impression of who we are.
  • Run full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives, delivering a positive, engaging candidate experience at every stage.
  • Track key hiring metrics and use what they show to keep strengthening the early talent pipeline.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to execute our internship and early career programs, including orientation, onboarding, performance feedback, and conversion planning.
  • Help collect and analyze program feedback, and contribute ideas that improve future offerings and support long-term talent development.
  • Contribute to the intern-to-full-time conversion strategy by aligning university relations with development efforts, so strong interns have a clear path to a career at Oxford.

What You Bring to the Table:

Required

  • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
  • Fluency with recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems
  • Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies

  • Ability to work onsite as the role requires: in the office Monday through Thursday during our eight-week summer Sales Academy, and on campus for events and career fairs. Outside of those periods, remote work may be available based on the needs of the organization
  • Attend Campus events after normal business hours (ex. 4pm to 8pm) several times a year.

  • Campus recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
