Voor een stabiele en financieel gezonde familiale onderneming zoeken we een Boekhouder A-Z die het financiële team komt versterken. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket, de kans om zelfstandig dossiers te beheren en voldoende ruimte om je boekhoudkundige expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, boekhoudkundige documenten en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële administratie en volgt belangrijke cijfers op, zoals openstaande klantenbetalingen, personeelskosten en beschikbare middelen.
  • Je bereidt periodieke btw-aangiften en andere wettelijke verplichtingen voor en zorgt voor een tijdige indiening.
  • Je controleert de inkomstenstromen en verzorgt de facturatie en opvolging van openstaande betalingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne en externe audits en helpt de nodige financiële informatie verzamelen.
  • Je groeit stapsgewijs naar een volledige A-Z-verantwoordelijkheid, inclusief jaarafsluitingen, fiscale aangiften, tussentijdse balansen en fiscale controles.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om eigen boekhoudkundige dossiers zelfstandig op te volgen en mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen de financiële werking.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in accountancy, fiscaliteit of een economische richting, aangevuld met minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en kan zelfstandig je werkzaamheden organiseren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met btw-regelgeving en fiscaliteit is een extra troef.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen in de verschillende aspecten van boekhouding.
