The posting

Je rapporteert aan de CFO en werkt nauw samen met managers en andere businessstakeholders. Met je analyses en adviezen help je de organisatie haar prestaties op te volgen en onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.

  • Je ondersteunt managers als financiële sparringpartner en helpt hen resultaten te interpreteren en beslissingen te onderbouwen.
  • Je ontwikkelt uniforme rapporten over de financiële en operationele prestaties van de businessunit en zorgt voor tijdige, nauwkeurige rapportering aan het management.
  • Je coördineert het budget- en forecastproces, vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar meetbare KPI's en volgt de resultaten op.
  • Je analyseert cijfers, trends, risico's en kansen en doet aanbevelingen om prestaties en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt businesscases uit en voert financiële analyses uit rond onder meer marges, prijzen en kosten.
  • Je begeleidt strategische projecten, maakt investeringsanalyses en ondersteunt businessplannen en ad-hocanalyses. Ook ben je betrokken bij nieuwe initiatieven en uitbreidingen binnen de distributiedivisie.
  • Je neemt een trekkersrol op in procesautomatisering en digitalisering, onder meer via de implementatie van RPA, AI en andere digitale tools. Je optimaliseert en automatiseert operationele rapportage- en controlestromen.

Je combineert ervaring in business controlling met een analytische en praktische aanpak.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in economie, bedrijfskunde of handelsingenieur.
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring in business controlling.
  • Je hebt expertise in Excel.
  • Kennis van SAP, QlikSense, Power BI en RPA- of AI-tools is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je werkt analytisch, ondernemend en resultaat- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag met deadlines, behoudt ook op drukke momenten het overzicht en werkt proactief en hands-on samen met anderen. Je brengt een positieve ingesteldheid mee.
