  • Je ontwikkelt elektrische concepten voor uiteenlopende projecten, met een sterke focus op de tertiaire sector, zoals woonzorgcentra, studentencomplexen en grotere gebouwen.
  • Je denkt vanaf de eerste ontwerpfase mee met klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar technisch haalbare en economisch interessante oplossingen.
  • Je werkt concepten uit voor onder meer branddetectie, toegangs- en beveiligingssystemen, domotica, temperatuurregeling en andere gebouwgebonden elektrische installaties.
  • Je analyseert technische vraagstukken en stelt alternatieven voor op het vlak van functionaliteit, efficiëntie, veiligheid en kostprijs.
  • Je voert de nodige technische berekeningen uit, waaronder kabelberekeningen en berekeningen met Caneco.
  • Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers, lastenboeken, technische plannen en meetstaten.
  • Je vertaalt elektrische concepten naar gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en technisch onderbouwde offertes.
  • Je identificeert technische risico's, opportuniteiten en mogelijke optimalisaties tijdens de ontwerp- en tenderfase.
  • Je bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor klanten, projectleiders, studiebureaus en collega's.
  • Je denkt actief mee binnen Design & Build-dossiers, waarbij je technische expertise rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van het project.
  • Je ondersteunt projectteams bij complexe elektrische vraagstukken en de voorbereiding van de uitvoering.
  • Je beschikt over uitgebreide technische kennis van elektrische installaties en hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen en uitwerken van elektrische concepten.
  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in elektrische projecten binnen de tertiaire sector, bijvoorbeeld woonzorgcentra, studentenhuisvesting, utiliteitsbouw of andere complexe gebouwen.
  • Je hebt interesse in industriële elektrische installaties en staat open voor projecten buiten je vertrouwde expertisegebied.
  • Je denkt conceptueel en analytisch, maar verliest de praktische uitvoerbaarheid en financiële haalbaarheid nooit uit het oog.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met elektrische berekeningen en hebt voldoende technische bagage om complexe dossiers zelfstandig te analyseren.
  • Je combineert strategisch denkvermogen met een hands-on mentaliteit. Ook prijsaanvragen, detailberekeningen en administratieve opvolging maken voor jou vanzelfsprekend deel uit van een goed uitgewerkt dossier.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving, schakelt vlot tussen verschillende projecten en haalt energie uit technische uitdagingen.
  • Je durft kritisch mee te denken, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en je technische inzichten te verdedigen.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een elektrotechnische richting is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw ervaring, technische expertise en inzicht wegen zwaarder dan je diploma.
