Als Ervaren Elektromechanisch Ingenieur speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van bestaande machines, het optimaliseren van de productie en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe technische oplossingen.

Je bekijkt bestaande machineontwerpen, productiemethodes en werkprocessen met een kritische blik en vertaalt je analyses en ideeën naar concrete en meetbare verbeteringen. Dit is een hands-on functie voor een zelfstandige ingenieur die initiatief neemt, opportuniteiten ziet en verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk realiseert.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je analyseert bestaande machines grondig en zoekt naar verbeteringen op vlak van ontwerp, maakbaarheid, montage, prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je initieert en implementeert praktische verbeteringen in nauwe samenwerking met Engineering en Productie.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan product- en procesinnovatie door nieuwe technische oplossingen te ontwikkelen en bestaande concepten en werkmethodes kritisch te bekijken.
  • Je werkt mee aan de standaardisatie van onderdelen en componenten om productie, montage, aankoop en voorraadbeheer eenvoudiger en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om technische problemen te detecteren, de onderliggende oorzaken te analyseren en structurele oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte vertaling van klantorders en engineeringontwerpen naar productie.
  • Je werkt aan verbeteringen op vlak van kwaliteit, rendabiliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie binnen het volledige productieproces.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Engineering in België en Tsjechië.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten vanaf de eerste analyse tot en met de implementatie en verdere opvolging.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen machinebouw of een vergelijkbare industriële omgeving.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel met een grote mate van verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en werkt graag nauw samen met collega's op de productievloer.
  • Je ziet snel waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn en hebt de drive om deze om te zetten in concrete en duurzame resultaten.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent in staat om bestaande machineontwerpen en productieprocessen kritisch te beoordelen en te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Creo Parametric / Creo Modelling en kunt technische ontwerpen maken of aanpassen.
  • Je hebt interesse in innovatie en denkt graag mee over nieuwe oplossingen voor technische en operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een KMO-omgeving waar initiatief, flexibiliteit en directe communicatie centraal staan.
