The posting

  • Je organiseert preventief en correctief onderhoud aan automatiseringssystemen, bepaalt prioriteiten en ondersteunt bij dringende storingen.
  • Je stemt werkzaamheden af met productie en de mechanische, elektrische en instrumentatieteams. Je bewaakt de voortgang en communiceert over interventies.
  • Je bereidt geplande productiestilstanden voor en volgt de uitvoering op, met aandacht voor veiligheid en GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Je schrijft en actualiseert validatiedocumenten, werkinstructies en procedures.
  • Je zet verbeterprojecten op rond procesautomatisering en onderzoekt nieuwe technologieën om rendement en bedieningsgemak te verhogen.
  • Je vertaalt investerings- en moderniseringsbehoeften naar technische specificaties, beoordeelt offertes en coördineert leveranciers en externe specialisten.
  • Je volgt industriële ICT-infrastructuur mee op, waaronder netwerken, serverruimtes en toegangscontrole.
  • Je coacht je team, bespreekt prestaties en opleidingsbehoeften en stimuleert samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je vervangt waar nodig de verantwoordelijke voor elektrisch onderhoud en bent beschikbaar voor interventies ter plaatse bij automatiseringsproblemen.
  • Een masterdiploma in engineering of gelijkwaardige expertise door ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met automatisering en instrumentatie, bij voorkeur in een GMP-omgeving.
  • Een stevige kennis van PLC's, DCS-systemen en industriële netwerken, aangevuld met een sterke interesse in IT.
  • Leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om medewerkers praktisch te begeleiden.
  • Een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht onder druk en stelt doordacht prioriteiten.
  • Ervaring in de farmaceutische, chemische of procesindustrie is een troef. Ook kennis van GAMP, SAP, Lean of Six Sigma is welkom.
