The posting

  • Je begeleidt de invoering, uitbreiding en verbetering van CAD- en PLM-systemen binnen verschillende vestigingen en businessunits.
  • Je brengt de behoeften van gebruikers in kaart en vertaalt ze naar praktische toepassingen, verbeterde werkprocessen en concrete projecten.
  • Je zorgt dat productgegevens correct, gestructureerd en bruikbaar zijn: van ontwerp en technische documentatie tot montage, wisselstukken en klantenservice.
  • Je coördineert implementaties, upgrades en systeemkoppelingen, samen met interne teams en externe partners.
  • Je maakt afspraken over datakwaliteit, workflows en systeemgebruik en volgt functionele problemen op.
  • Je helpt collega's de toepassingen optimaal te benutten en maakt veranderingen begrijpelijk en werkbaar. Je rapporteert aan de IT Manager Business Applications.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met IT-systemen binnen een productie- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je doorgrondt complexe vraagstukken en vertaalt ze naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met engineers, IT-collega's, management en leveranciers.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van veranderingen is een troef.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
