The posting

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse opdrachten van Field Service Engineers en zorgt voor een optimale personeelsbezetting.
  • Je stelt een efficiënte planning op, rekening houdend met prioriteiten, technische competenties, geografische locaties en beschikbare middelen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, servicetechniekers en interne teams en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je volgt lopende interventies nauwgezet op en stuurt de planning bij wanneer onverwachte situaties of dringende opdrachten zich voordoen.
  • Je controleert of de nodige onderdelen, gereedschappen en documenten beschikbaar zijn voordat een technieker vertrekt.
  • Je bewaakt de capaciteit en efficiëntie van het serviceteam en signaleert tijdig mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning van preventieve onderhoudsopdrachten en houdt rekening met gemaakte serviceafspraken.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van serviceopdrachten in het planningssysteem.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de werkprocessen, planning en dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt ervaring in serviceplanning, dispatching, logistieke coördinatie of een vergelijkbare organisatorische functie.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen, ook wanneer verschillende opdrachten tegelijkertijd aandacht vragen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten, techniekers en collega's.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels. Andere Europese talen zijn een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met een technische of industriële omgeving. Ervaring binnen een internationale serviceorganisatie is een extra pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale systemen zoals ERP, CRM of serviceplanningsoftware. Kennis van Salesforce Service Cloud is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel, Outlook en Teams.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, houdt het hoofd koel en schakelt flexibel bij veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en begrijpt het belang van klantgerichte, efficiënte service.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs en bent bereid om occasioneel nationaal of internationaal te reizen (maximaal 10%).
