The posting

  • Je brengt risico's bij machines, installaties, werkposten en werkzaamheden in kaart en vertaalt ze naar praktische preventiemaatregelen.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen en bepaalt welke acties herhaling helpen voorkomen.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij het toepassen van veiligheidsafspraken en stimuleert veilig werken.
  • Je bewaakt de wettelijke en administratieve opvolging van het preventiebeleid, inclusief maand-, jaar- en technische rapporten.
  • Je verzorgt het secretariaat van het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk en onderhoudt contacten met externe preventiepartners en inspectiediensten.
  • Je leidt mechanische verbeterprojecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot de oplevering en bewaakt planning, scope en werkuren.
  • Je onderzoekt terugkerende machineproblemen en beoordeelt samen met productie en de technische dienst mogelijke oplossingen op veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Je coördineert interne en externe projectmedewerkers en werkt aan betrouwbaarheid, energie-efficiëntie en vermindering van de CO₂-uitstoot.
  • Voor preventie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO en werk je samen met de COO. Voor technische projecten stem je af met de Technical Manager.
  • Je beschikt over het diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je hebt een technische master in bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, mechanica of industriële wetenschappen. Een relevante bachelor met gelijkwaardige ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt technische ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je kent de Belgische regelgeving rond veiligheid en welzijn en kan deze omzetten naar haalbare acties op de werkvloer.
  • Je organiseert projecten gestructureerd en volgt afspraken, deadlines en verbeteracties nauwgezet op.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak.
  • Je communiceert helder en creëert draagvlak voor technische verbeteringen en veiligheidsmaatregelen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Engels en Frans zijn bijkomende troeven.
