Je coördineert automatiseringsprojecten van de analyse van de klantbehoefte tot de oplevering en overdracht naar service en support.

  • Je leidt multidisciplinaire projectteams en organiseert en leidt interne en externe projectmeetings.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en stemt af met engineers, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je vertaalt de noden van de klant naar een economisch rendabele oplossing en werkt concurrentiële prijsoffertes uit.
  • Je bewaakt de scope, planning, het budget en de kwaliteit en identificeert en beheerst projectrisico's.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen, meerwerken en commerciële afspraken op.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang en financiële status van projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt de overdracht naar service en support en draagt bij aan een professionele projectaanpak en de continue verbetering van projectprocessen.

Je brengt technische projectervaring en inzicht in industriële automatisering mee.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen en technologie.
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider in een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met industriële automatisering, procesautomatisering of machinebouw.
  • Je hebt ervaring met omvangrijke, complexe turnkey-projecten en het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je hebt inzicht in projectfinanciën, budgetbeheer en contractuele afspraken.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en proactief, communiceert vlot en hebt een klant- en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je stuurt teams coachend aan en wil blijven leren en innoveren.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed en hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Een netwerk in industriële automatisering en digitalisering, ervaring in voeding, chemie, farma, logistiek of productie, een projectmanagementcertificering en ervaring met projectopvolgingstools zijn pluspunten.
