Als Quality Coördinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met kwaliteit te maken heeft binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsrichtlijnen duidelijk zijn, correct worden toegepast en continu worden verbeterd. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beheert, bewaakt en optimaliseert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem volgens de geldende ISO-normen, waaronder ISO 9001.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, begeleidt deze en volgt de bijhorende verbeteracties op.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van kwaliteitsprocedures en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden toegepast binnen engineering en productie.
  • Je vertaalt kwaliteitsnormen, richtlijnen en wettelijke vereisten naar concrete processen en werkinstructies.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsproblemen, klantenklachten en leveranciersafwijkingen op en werkt structurele oplossingen uit via oorzaakanalyses en corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsresultaten, stelt rapportages en KPI's op en bespreekt verbeterpunten met het management.
  • Je ondersteunt engineering en productie bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken, risicoanalyses en validaties.
  • Je stimuleert een kwaliteitsbewuste bedrijfscultuur en betrekt collega's actief bij verbeterinitiatieven

We zoeken een ervaren kwaliteitsprofessional die zelfstandig kan werken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en kwaliteit op een pragmatische manier weet te verankeren in een technische organisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen quality engineering, kwaliteitsborging of kwaliteitsmanagement in een technische productie-, engineering- of ontwikkelomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en ISO-normen, in het bijzonder ISO 9001.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het voorbereiden en begeleiden van audits en het implementeren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals 8D, FMEA, CAPA of root cause analysis.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en nauwkeurig, maar verliest de praktische toepasbaarheid niet uit het oog.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen, verbeterpunten aan te kaarten en collega's op een constructieve manier mee te nemen in veranderingen.
  • Een belangrijke troef: ervaring met IATF, automotive kwaliteitsnormen of kwaliteitsmanagement binnen de automotive sector.
