The posting

Als Supervisor Lasserij neem je de dagelijkse leiding over een afdeling waar zowel halfautomatisch lassen (MAG) als robotlassen centraal staan.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers, bestaande uit lasrobotoperatoren, handlassers en programmeurs. Je bewaakt de productieplanning, ondersteunt jouw team bij technische en organisatorische uitdagingen en neemt initiatief om de productieprocessen continu te verbeteren.

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de lasafdeling en bewaakt de productieplanning.
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 20 operatoren, lassers en programmeurs aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Je volgt de productievoortgang op, lost technische problemen op en ondersteunt medewerkers bij MAG-lassen en robotlassen.
  • Je optimaliseert productieprocessen en werkmethodes met als doel de productietijden te verkorten en de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer en controleert technische tekeningen en productiefiches.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO en draagt actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van de afdeling.

We zoeken een hands-on leidinggevende met een sterke technische achtergrond in de metaalsector, die medewerkers weet te motiveren en tegelijk de productieprestaties nauwgezet opvolgt.

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding binnen metaalbewerking of hebt gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van halfautomatisch lassen (MAG) en bent vertrouwd met robotlassen en programmering.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden en weet een team van productiemedewerkers op een duidelijke en constructieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt inzicht in productieprocessen en denkt actief mee over efficiëntieverbeteringen en kortere doorlooptijden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en besteedt veel aandacht aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde.
  • Je bent communicatief, flexibel en neemt initiatief wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
