  • Je geeft leiding aan een multidisciplinair supply chain team met verantwoordelijkheden binnen planning, forecasting, aankoop en logistiek.
  • Je coacht medewerkers, stimuleert eigenaarschap en creëert een cultuur van samenwerking, feedback en continue ontwikkeling.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de supply chain strategie met focus op efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en verdere professionalisering.
  • Je optimaliseert productieplanning, voorraadbeheer, forecasting en goederenstromen tussen productie, magazijnen en externe logistieke partners.
  • Je beheert het supply chain budget en volgt prestaties op aan de hand van KPI's.
  • Je initieert en leidt digitaliserings-, automatiserings- en verbeterprojecten over verschillende afdelingen heen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Quality en directie en fungeert als verbindende schakel binnen de organisatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kennis geborgd wordt via duidelijke processen, opleidingen en back-upstructuren.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma aangevuld met ruime ervaring binnen supply chain, planning of logistiek in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring als coachende people manager met een passie voor het ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Sterke kennis van forecasting, productieplanning, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP S/4HANA is een troef.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische, hands-on aanpak.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke verbinder die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
