Je combineert de aansturing van het sales- en recruitmentteam met commerciële verantwoordelijkheid bij klanten en prospects.

  • Je beheert de commerciële pipeline en volgt de cijfers op, met brutomarge als belangrijke maatstaf.
  • Je benadert nieuwe klanten in de industriesector op basis van een focuslijst en leads uit de CRM-tool. Je bezoekt klanten en prospects, stelt technici voor en onderhandelt over tarieven en voorwaarden.
  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties uit via verlengingen, uitbreidingen en kansen voor de projectdivisie.
  • Je vertaalt het salesplan naar de praktijk en stuurt bij op basis van de cijfers.
  • Je stuurt collega's in sales en recruitment aan en coacht hen.
  • Je leidt de dagelijkse briefing en het wekelijkse salesoverleg en zorgt voor een goede match tussen klantvraag en kandidaat.
  • Je bewaakt tarieven en marges en volgt op hoe technici bij klanten aan de slag zijn.

Je combineert commerciële ervaring met kennis van technische dienstverlening voor de industrie.

  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in technische projectsourcing, detachering of dienstverlening aan de industrie.
  • Je begrijpt het werk van lassers, storingstechniekers en automatisatietechniekers.
  • Je hebt inzicht in wat belangrijk is voor een onderhoudsverantwoordelijke en kan klantbehoeften vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coachen van mensen of bent klaar om die verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma; een technische richting is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
