Als Technisch Aankoper zorg je ervoor dat de juiste materialen en onderdelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je combineert technische kennis met een doordachte aankoopstrategie en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers, engineering en productie.

Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verantwoordelijkheid op te bouwen en actief mee te werken aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte aankoopwerking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de aankoop en opvolging van technische onderdelen en materialen die essentieel zijn voor het productieproces.
  • Je beheert jouw eigen productcategorieën en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking van aankoopdossiers.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers en onderhandelt over prijzen, leveringstermijnen en aankoopvoorwaarden.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van materialen en ondersteunt een efficiënt voorraadbeheer.
  • Je werkt met het ERP-systeem om bestellingen, leveringen en aankoopgegevens correct op te volgen.
  • Je houdt de marktontwikkelingen in het oog en onderzoekt interessante alternatieven, nieuwe technologieën en optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Je herkent mogelijke knelpunten in het aankoopproces en formuleert voorstellen om de werking te verbeteren.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met engineering, productie en andere interne diensten om technische behoeften correct te vertalen naar aankoopbeslissingen.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of hebt door ervaring een sterke affiniteit met technische producten en materialen opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring binnen technische aankoop, supply chain of een productiegerichte omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet technische en commerciële informatie kritisch te beoordelen.
  • Je onderhandelt graag en zoekt steeds naar een goede balans tussen kwaliteit, prijs en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen, maar hecht ook veel belang aan een goede samenwerking met collega's.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, toont initiatief en laat je niet snel uit het lood slaan door onverwachte uitdagingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een bijkomende troef.
