In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technisch tekenwerk met materiaalvoorbereiding, bestellingen en overleg met productie. Jouw nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht zorgen ervoor dat elk project efficiënt en correct uitgevoerd kan worden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vertaalt verkochte projecten naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare technische plannen in AutoCAD.
  • Je werkt bouwkundige details uit, waaronder aansluitingen op bestaande constructies, funderingen, dakafwerkingen, waterdichting en ventilatie.
  • Je bepaalt welke technische tekeningen en specificaties nodig zijn om een project productieklaar te maken.
  • Je stelt materiaallijsten op en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen correct en tijdig besteld worden.
  • Je beheert je eigen dossiers en volgt bestellingen, orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen nauwgezet op.
  • Je gebruikt interne configuratie- en berekeningstools om constructies technisch correct uit te werken.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met projectleiders, aankoop, productie en planning.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan het atelier en denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Je geeft projecten vrij voor productie zodra alle technische gegevens en materialen op punt staan.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in bouw, houttechnologie of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van AutoCAD 2D en kunt zelfstandig technische plannen opmaken.
  • Je beschikt over bouwkundig inzicht en begrijpt hoe verschillende constructieonderdelen op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht over meerdere lopende projecten.
  • Je combineert technisch denkvermogen met een praktische ingesteldheid en zoekt graag naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en communiceert vlot met collega's en leveranciers.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Ervaring met houtbouw, houtskeletbouw, ERP-systemen of 3D-tekenprogramma's zoals Revit en SketchUp is een mooie troef.
  • Je staat open voor nieuwe technologieën en digitale toepassingen, waaronder AI.
