Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en plannen van de activiteiten die nodig zijn voor het onderhoud van een betrouwbaar machinepark. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde middelen beschikbaar zijn en dat de uit te voeren taken soepel verlopen.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden zijn o.a.

  • Gedetailleerde takenlijsten voor onderhoud opstellen
  • Materialen en apparatuur bestellen en beheren zodat alle benodigdheden beschikbaar zijn
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, o.a. productie, kwaliteit, engineering, inkoop en onderhoud, om een naadloze workflow te waarborgen
  • Technische tekeningen en specificaties analyseren om onderhoudswerkzaamheden te optimaliseren
  • Projecten en werkzaamheden opvolgen en anticiperen op eventuele knelpunten
  • Alert zijn voor mogelijke kostenbesparingen en efficiencyverbeteringen
  • Voorraadbeheer en contacten met leveranciers onderhouden in overleg met de magazijnier
  • Je bent in bezit van een Bachelor-diploma in een technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de procesindustrie.
  • Je hebt kennis van werkplanning en logistieke onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te coördineren.
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken, bent veiligheidsbewust en stressbestendig.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die goed kan samenwerken met anderen.

  • Contracten met onderaannemers of leveranciers opvolgen en coördineren (verlengingen, nieuwe contracten, vervaldata, ...)
  • Preventieve of correctieve onderhoudswerken organiseren, plannen en opvolgen
  • Leveranciers of dienstverleners selecteren Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden De geleverde diensten of producten controleren
  • De onderhoudsinterventies en procedures uitwerken of bijsturen
  • Onderhoudsgegevens en storingen analyseren (historiek, defecten, ...), de oorzaken bepalen en corrigerende acties vastleggen
  • Technische oplossingen bepalen voor het verbeteren van de uitrusting en installaties (kwaliteit, geschiktheid, cycli, veiligheid, ...)
  • Toezicht houden op de interventies en op de werking van uitrusting, materieel en installaties (keuringen, tests, proeven, instellingen, ...)
  • Onderhoudsrapporten opmaken (kosten, termijnen, ...) Veranderingen en verbeteringen bepalen en aanbevelen (organisatie, werktuigen, materiaal, gereedschap, ...)
