Descrição da vaga:

Executar e acompanhar as rotinas fiscais da empresa, garantindo a correta escrituração e análise de documentos fiscais, a apuração de tributos, o cumprimento das obrigações legais e dos prazos estabelecidos, contribuindo para a conformidade fiscal e a eficiência dos processos internos.

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar o lançamento e a escrituração de notas fiscais de mercadorias e serviços (NF-e e NFS-e).
  • Conferir documentos fiscais, considerando aspectos tributários, cadastrais e legais, incluindo CFOP, CST, NCM e alíquotas aplicáveis.
  • Apoiar a apuração de ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISSQN e tributos retidos na fonte.
  • Identificar, analisar e tratar inconsistências fiscais junto a fornecedores e áreas internas.
  • Acompanhar os recebimentos fiscais e atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Compras e Operações para solucionar pendências e viabilizar a liberação de mercadorias e serviços.
  • Realizar conciliações fiscais e apoiar o controle de créditos tributários.
  • Apoiar a elaboração, conferência e entrega das obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf e DCTFWeb, conforme aplicabilidade.
  • Acompanhar a legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal, apoiando sua correta aplicação nas rotinas fiscais.
  • Contribuir para o cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento fiscal e dos processos relacionados ao pagamento de fornecedores.
  • Manter os registros e controles fiscais atualizados, assegurando a qualidade e a confiabilidade das informações.

Horário de Trabalho:

  • Seg a quin (Das 08 às 18hs); Sex (Das 08:00 às 17:00hs); 01 dia de home na semana, após os 03 primeiros meses de experiência.

Local de trabalho: Avenida Paulista (prox. ao metro Brigadeiro)
