Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung individueller Erstberatungen sowie Ein- und Nacheinweisungen in die Handhabung und Bedienung von Therapiegeräten im Bereich der Atemtherapie, insbesondere in den Bereichen Schlafmedizin und Sauerstofftherapie
  • Fachliche Beratung zu Produkten aus dem Bereich der Medizin- und Rehatechnik
  • Einweisung und Anpassung der Geräte, sowie die individuelle Maskenanpassung
  • Koordination und Planung von Versorgungs- und Beratungsterminen
  • Erledigungen administrativer Aufgaben
  • Kommunikation und Austausch mit Herstellern, Ärzt:innen und Pflegepersonal
  • Pflege und Verwaltung unseres Warenbestands in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im medizinischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich – auch Quereinsteiger mit Interesse an Medizintechnik sind willkommen!
  • Bereits gesammelte Vorkenntnisse im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung oder im Gesundheitswesen
  • Sicheres Auftreten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie Empathie
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft sich laufend fortzubilden und sich in neue Geräte und deren Funktionsweise einzuarbeiten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
