The posting

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:

You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage

- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems

- 300k+ service requests/sec processed

- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

The team waiting for you:

You’ll join a team focused on shaping our AI direction through hands-on exploration, technical insight, and a strong understanding of developer needs. Working closely with the fast-moving AI agent ecosystem, the team tests new tools in practice, turns findings into clear product recommendations, and helps ensure our products, website, documentation, and positioning resonate with a technical audience.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Continuously research and test AI agent tools, developer products, and emerging infrastructure players, then turn findings into clear recommendations for our product and go-to-market direction.
  • Use our products end-to-end from a developer perspective, auditing the experience across product flows, website, docs, and technical messaging to identify friction, gaps, and misleading positioning.
  • Track changes in the AI and agent ecosystem, including MCP, browser-use standards, agent-to-agent patterns, and new developer workflows, and highlight what matters most for our product strategy.
  • Maintain a living view of the agent tooling landscape, including frameworks, SDKs, key competitors, and emerging categories relevant to proxies, scraping, and developer infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities to connect new agent-facing use cases and integrations with our existing proxy and scraping capabilities.
  • Represent our technical direction in external communities by engaging with developers, following open-source conversations, and sharing ecosystem insights back with internal teams.

Your skills & experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong understanding of developer workflows, technical products, and how developers evaluate tools in practice
  • Strong understanding of the AI tooling landscape, with hands-on curiosity around agents, LLM applications, developer tools, APIs, and technical workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate products critically from a developer-user perspective and translate observations into concrete product, positioning, or integration recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical trends clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing space, forming opinions with incomplete information, and adjusting quickly as the ecosystem evolves.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with proxy, scraping, browser automation, or data extraction products.
  • Exposure to AI agent frameworks, browser-use tools, MCP-related developments, or developer infrastructure ecosystems.
  • Experience participating in technical communities, open-source ecosystems, conferences, or Discord/Slack developer groups.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: from 3200 EUR/month to 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
