The Product Legal team ensures everything Oxylabs sells and builds stands on solid legal ground. As our new Legal Counsel, you will negotiate commercial contracts and mitigate legal risks for new features to support our rapidly expanding product lineup. Your underlying challenge is to keep pace with business growth and evolving industry regulations, ensuring our legal strategy acts as a competitive advantage rather than a bottleneck.
In this role, you’ll:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer and partnership contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal analysis to ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Advise on new and upcoming Oxylabs products and features, mitigate the product’s legal risks, and provide legal input throughout the product development process.
- Work with leading external counsel to address complex legal challenges and explore new opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest legal news, developments, and case law in technology, big data, data privacy, and related fields.
- Together with the team, run knowledge-sharing initiatives and build a culture of legal awareness across the company.
Your skills & experience:
- A Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M).
- At least 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel or at a law firm, ideally within the tech sector or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, along with proficiency in Lithuanian.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic, fast-evolving regulatory landscape.
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross salary: 3400 - 5200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
