Im Frühjahr 2027 eröffnen wir unseren ersten Store in der Wiener Innenstadt.Für diese Neueröffnung suchen wir eine_nOPERATIONS SPECIALIST (M/W/X) in VollzeitArbeitsbeginn: 01.03.2027Du bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für die operativen Abläufe im Store. Mit deinem Organisationstalent sorgst du dafür, dass Waren verfügbar und Prozesse gut strukturiert sind - für einen reibungslosen Storebetrieb und ein Einkaufserlebnis, das mit dem Tempo des Geschäfts mithält.DEINE AUFGABEN:Du organisierst die Abläufe im Store anhand relevanter Kennzahlen und unterstützt dabei, die operative Leistung laufend zu verbessern. Dazu gehören die Verwaltung des Lagerbestands und des Warenflusses sowie die Koordination und Kontrolle der Nachbestückung. Du planst und begleitest Abläufe im Verkaufsbereich, etwa an der Kassa, in den Umkleidekabinen, bei Größenanfragen und bei Onlinebestellungen. Außerdem unterstützt du die Umsetzung unserer Omnichannel-Prozesse und neuer Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass operative Änderungen korrekt umgesetzt werden.Du achtest darauf, Inventurdifferenzen zu minimieren und interne Abläufe wie Lieferungen, Umlagerungen, Bestandskorrekturen und die Organisation des Lagers einzuhalten. Mit internen Auswertungs- und Monitoring-Tools behältst du wichtige Kennzahlen im Blick. Darüber hinaus bist du für die Funktionsfähigkeit der Storegeräte und die Nachverfolgung technischer Probleme mitverantwortlich und kümmerst dich um die Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Lagerequipment. Du unterstützt das Team bei der korrekten Anwendung operativer Prozesse und achtest im Lager- und Back-of-House-Bereich auf Ordnung, Sicherheit und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards.DEIN PROFIL: Du bist eine dynamische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit und arbeitest gerne im Team und mitten im Storealltag. Mit deiner Energie und Eigeninitiative sorgst du dafür, dass Aufgaben strukturiert und sorgfältig erledigt werden. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Abläufe, kannst Kennzahlen und Berichte analysieren und daraus Verbesserungen ableiten.
